| What do we do? |
In a word... CATERING, almost exclusively. We are no longer a restaurant... We don't do take-out meals... We are not a deli or sandwich joint... But we do have some killer soups.

| Where are we now? |
If you've been following us since we opened our first restaurant in Little Egg Harbor in 1999, then you know that we've moved around a lot... Sorry though, our restaurant days are behind us. Now we are operating from a small storefront/kitchen on Mathistown Road, near the intersection of Radio Road. Right across the street from The Mystic Islands Casino... more information. |
| What is the "Chowder Factory?" |
Our founder, Chef Chris Cerullo, made unbelievable soups. He was most well known for his New England Clam Chowder, with which he won the Boston Chowderfest, the Portsmouth Chowderfest, and of course the Long Beach Island Chowderfest (several times). The "Chowder Factory" is simply the retail side of our catering kitchen and our storefront. On weekdays, we offer 6 varieties of delicious home-made soups for carry-out, and Chef Cerullo's Famous New England Clam Chowder is always available. Every week we offer 5 new soups. Lunch at Work... is a lunch delivery service offered to places of business by The Chowder Factory (The Four C' Sons Full Service Catering). Schools, offices... any workplace (From New Gretna to West Creek) is eligible to receive this service. Click on this link, Lunch at Work, for more information on this program. Or, you may place your order through our on-line ordering system Monday Thru Friday, no later than 1:30 PM. |
